makeing no boost

got my vortech kit on, I was seeing 4 psi but when it hit 5+ it would go to zero, now I am seeing 1psi max mostly zero


help

also my fmu is not spikeing, I have tried 2 fmus and even a super fmu

It sounds to me like you are having belt slippage. If the belt is not slipping then you may have a vaccum leak.

well no belt slippage

i think i may have a vacuum hose wrong
maybe the ones for the opti, i just left them how the were.

does anyone have pictures of the top portion

Ummmm,

A 1/8th inch tube isn't going to bleed all the boost from a blower...

sounds like you are possibly collapsing the intake tube, or the belt is slipping.

If you see NO BOOST on the gauge at all now, maybe check the line from intake to gauge. I had a tear in mine and at a certain point it showed I wasnt making anything. The way I understand , You are ssing NO positive pressure on the gauge at all .

The bypass valve could be stuck open.

Seriously, you should run the Opti vent lines how Vortech recommends. You are pressurizing you Optispark, which I'm sure it wasn't designed for.
