Question maf massager

I am wondering if i still need my maf massager I am installing a P1sc on my 97 z-28 I ordered a maf massager but I decided to go with the OBD I conversion programed for my mods. I have a granatelli maf if that makes any difference. please help!

As long as you stick with the OBD-I computer you will be fine. You do need to tune it yourself or get a custom tune on it though.

Just to make things easy install the MAF on the pressure side. I had mine on the intake side and it would not idle and ran very poorly. I moved it to the pressure side and all problems went away. I also have a 97 converted to a obd1 car and it does fine without the massager.
