LT4 KM reading False Knock w/ blower?

I'm picking up enough knock to constantly retard the timing by max (5*). It doesn't sound like i'm getting any audible knock. Have you guys gotten false knock w/ the LT4 KM w/ a blower? Is it possible the LT4 KM is wrong? I didn't get this much knock before the blower with the stock KM so what could be causing it?

BTW:
Its about 0*F around here right now
I'm only running about ~8psi pulley
I'm using 93 octane all the time, from the same place i always go.
Have 1 step colder plugs gaped to .35"

It's always a good idea to prove it's false knock. One way to do this is run high octane gas (100) and see if the knock persists. If the knock goes away with the race gas, then you had true knock. If the knock doesn't go away, it's likely to be false knock, or your tune is way off. The LT4 knock module doesn't eliminate all sources of false knock, it's a filter that "ignores" noise caused by rolling rockers that came in the LT4 engines.

Did you have you car dyno tuned after installing the blower? Do you monitor your fuel pressure to know that you're not having fuel issues?

No dyno tune, Madz28 made me a very safe blower tune for my car. The stock 02s are reading pretty damn close 900+ mv @ WOT all the time.

Stock O2 readings aren't accurate enough to trust. The mail order tune is a good start but a dyno tune will help keep you from rebuilding your engine any time soon

True, i'm looking into getting a wideband o2 and then once i get it tuned safe just disable the knock sensor.

Think it would just work to scan the whole timing table down 10*?

Btw, what the heck should my WOT AFR be? I forgot what blower motors should run and i've spent almost an hour searching the forums with no luck.
