Hey just picked up a Twin intercooled p600b. Anyone have any pics of install?? Also how was the install???

 

I just installed mine about 2 months ago, it is very easy with some mechanical knowledge. It is pretty straight forward.

 

Thats what Im assuming. They want $1500 w/o tune in NY to install. Thats not going to happen. How did you tap your oil pan. Also how was it once she was installed. Im sure once that foot was buried into= FUN!!!

 

I sent u a PM, so check that out, if you have decent mechanical knowledge, a long weekend and it goes in fine, taping the pan was easy, I left the pan on the motor and just put some grease around the hole, i hit it with a punch then drilled a small pilot hole. After that i drilled it out and flushed the heck out of my pan with oil and brake cleaner then some more oil. After that i just taped the pan. Its a totally different car now, i only have the 8lb pulley on it, but its only reading around 5-6 pounds at the motor. But it's a rocket now compared to stock.

where did you guys get your P600B's from? buy them used? i have been looking and have not been able to find anyone selling one.

 

Keep looking in the "for sale" section here, they pop up all the time. Also check e-Bay. Geez, I could barely "give" mine away when I was upgrading to a larger unit a while back.

 

Did you get the install manual with the kit? If, not, call Procharger, update them by giving them the serial number of the unit you purchased and they will usually send you the manual.

Yup, called and they have manual on the way. Hope its detailed for application. You can find the p6oob for a good deal. Great procharger for a great deal.
