Looking for partner in US

We'd like to build 9s (at least) Camaro 94 LT-1 during this winter . I'm from Russia and have some experience in force induction but only in compact cars for a while. Also we have own installation facility.
Because we have not enough experience in US domestic cars will be great to find good guys who can advice optimal combination for this setup. Will be great also if they can supply needed parts to our shipping address in NY. Could you reccomend me these guys or company? )))) Maybe anyone here?

P.S. I'd like to base this setup on ATI Procharger parts.

If I read this right, what your looking for is a combinations of parts that will get your LT1 car in the 9's using a procharger correct?

Yes

I'm looking for really working combo with Procharger&LT-1 for 9s.
I can buy all of parts from different shops myself, but would be better work with one experient supplier who knows right way and our target )))
This moment I'm trying to estimate the budget and will be grateful for any opinions
