looks nice, but completely pointless. more than likely its such a tuning nightmere it never runs right, I would be more afraid of just a turbo BBC... 2500+hp

the owner said it was mostly a show car, although he does drive it on the street...........he estimated about 1100hp.

1100hp? hes got 2 rather large turbos pushing though what looks like an 8-71 blower all sitting on top of a BBC.

that thing would 1100 running on 7 cylinders.

I would hope it makes more than that. there are NA BBC running around that make 1000 on pump gas.

i truly don't understand the point of the roots blower in this case, other than just looks. all it is going to do is lower efficency of the turbos. but hey, it wasn't my $70,000

There's a twin Roots-blower T-bucket around here that always comes out for the local shows. Looks badass, but only one charger actually works.

Didnt Carrol Shelby make a twin roots Cobra for Bill Cosby at one point?

That's a really amazing car - but a little overdone. Like I'd love to see what hood you even try to put on that.

A 14" cowl of course.

I remember LPE doing a twin roots setup...I think it was twin Wieands. I also remember the intake for it selling on EBay several years ago for like $4K.

someone might remember there was a guy a year or two ago that built a wicked black stingray vette with two screw-type blowers on top, both mounted at an angle feeding into the intake manifold.....the buildup website was linked on a lot of car forums.....if i remember right, it made something like 1200hp........the car was fully custom built, even had widened rear fenders for 13" wheels......there were some videos floating around of it on the street.

Looks like the fenders and firewall have been smoothed, so there isn't supposed to be a hood for it.

So, would that be considered a blow through setup or a draw through setup? Kinda that glass half empty/half full thing.

Waaaayyyyyyyyyy too much money.
