Idler pulley locked up.....Looking for some advice/information.

Is this a standard pulley I can pick up locally, or is this an ATI part only??

You should be able to pick one up locally though you'll probably have to take the pulley in and find one that will work.

Not sure on the Procharger but the Vortech is a stock Ford truck part.

Solved!!!!.... Was able to remove the old bearings. They were a bitch to get out, but heating the pulley solved that. Picked up the new bearings from O'Rielly's for $12.00..... Much cheaper than buying a new puller from ATI!!

BTW..... the new bearings fit with no issues, so I will assume the bad bearings had something to do with the difficulties in the removal. I'm sure they got hot as hell.

How about sharing a part # for the bearings, incase anyone else runs into this problem?

The stock bearings - FAFNIR - # 203VV (two of them)

New bearings from O'Rielly's - National - # 203-FF (you will need two of them)
