I Need A Supercharger. Please Help...

I appreciate all the help I received from all the suspension pros. I want to upgrade my drive train starting with my motor. I have a nice running 305TPI that doesn't burn any oil. I would like to install a supercharger and all related parts. As always any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Uh, that's not the case. Unfortunately, you've given us zero info. Is the engine stock or rebuilt? If there has been changes, what are they? What is your power goal? What is your budget? Are you capable of fabrication, or are you looking for a complete "bolt on" setup?

As you can see, there is no "one size fits all"...

Ok,
Its a stock 305TPI and I want as much hp/tq posible but I want it efficient enough that won't over work my motor. I'm installing a T56 6spd and the entire suspension has been upgraded. I would like a complete bolt on system. But most of all I want a system that I can transfer to a 350TPI when the 305TPI is dead. Anymore info thats needed I can supply. I'm mechanically inclined. I just don't know anything about superchargers and motors. I plan to install the supercharger myself.

Procharger makes a self contained unit that won't require oil pan tapping (P1SC). Plus it's got enough airflow to support a 305 or 350 TPI.

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it. Now for some intelligent questions, LOL. I see in the list of superchargers for my vehicle. Which of he three is most efficient i.e. long lasting and durable? Something I can swap from motor to motor. What I'm trying to say is I want to buy ONE charger. I want to say price is not an option but if the price from the best to the next best is considerable ($1000.00 -2000.00) then I'll go with the next best. However if theres a significant difference from the best to the next best, then....

If $$$ isn't a major concern and you want a blower that will last "beyond" the 305, I might be able to help. I also have a 305 TPI and have acquired knowledge through experience building a number of supercharged TPIs. I'd like to discuss not only hardware but PROM burning too. If you'd like to discuss all this, I'd like to do it over the phone at it is very in depth. Please e-mail me and I'll give you my toll-free work number. Then we can chat. Sound good?

Toneyb35,

I see you just replied to my twin intercooler thread at TGO. This is my design! We can talk about this in detail too, including how to purchase it. It is NOT an official ATI offering, although it is comprised entirely of their parts. It can be purchased only thru one of their distributors only.
