Hp estimate for a fi 383

I plan on a fi 383 and was wondering what kind of numbers will I be seeing at the flywheel. Just tell me what you think...

Here is what I want to run.

383 Forged internals
-26cc pistons with a cr of about 8.5
-Afr 195cc lt4 heads 65cc.
-I will be getting a custom valvetrain setup to match my build including a custom unknown cam
Just for Calculations sake, im gonna say a stock cam with 1.6 rr and the included setup on the afr heads from their shop.
-58mm tB
-15lbs of boost from a 76gts
-Shorty headers on the hotside and a air2air intercooler on the cold side
-Water injected
Not quite sure on the fuel yet but would like to be able to run 91, if not then ill go with some kind of undecided racing fuel or just might add some racing fuel with the 91 to get some where around 95

With a healthy cam theres no reason that motor wouldn't be well past 500 NA. If you can't do 650 flywheel with the setup something is wrong. I'm doing it with less head, less turbo, and fewer cubes.

Agreed. If your not past the 650+ flywheel mark with that setup, you are having some serious issues.

650+ for sure.
A lot will depend how much work is going into those 195's and the cam. If its 220 dur or 235 dur is going to make a big difference. Typically turbo cars dont need the biggest cam so i dont anticipate one but you are working with an extra 33 cubes. So i wouldnt cut yourself short either.

I'm glad to hear this for I was try to hit the 650 mark at least, but I did not want to get my hopes up to high. I'm feeling a little more confident in this build now that I have some feedback.

how much work will be done to the AFR's?
If you get them flowing extremely well you will be blown away from the power your motor will produce.

I wouldnt be surprised if you laid down 750rwhp on 16-18psi with those afr's all done up. Im not sure if your headers will be a restriction but I think you are under estimating what it will do.
