Hows this fuel press on new charger???
Seems like its working. I'm assuming you have a boost referenced fuel regulator? Hard to know for sure. You really need a wideband reading to know for sure. You can take a plug reading, but thats kind of a pain cause you need to make a WOT run and shut off immediatly then pull some plugs and take a look. If you have a way to scan it (datamaster or freescan) then you can get a half *** idea by looking at the O2 readings. I've found in my experience that readings in the .950mv range usually show around 11.5:1 on my wideband.

Your A/F is determined by how fuel pressure is at the back of the injector and how long the injector sprays for. You can control your A/F by playing with the time the injector stays open. By varying this time, you change your A/F ratio... so the fuel pressure gauge isnt going to help you dial in your A/F. It will tell you if you are having a fuel delivery issue though.
