How much HP are you making with your supercharger?

So how much horsepower are you guys making with your supercharger set-ups?

Looking mostly for guys running stock motors [no boring/stroking, or major internal work]. How much hp at the flywheel and how much hp at the rear wheels?

All stock internals and mods as listed in sig made 450 rwhp on a DynoJet.

When my LT1 was stock I made 370 rwhp with a 6# Vortech, no intercooler, and a set of shorty headers.

7# with a small blower cam + boltons - ignition problems but put down 431.6/475.0

Yes...but with a better tune and resolved ignition problems I would expect 460 rwhp Darkhorse.

Dumping my 48mm TB for the new 52mm and ditching that restrictive 2 1/4 Y pipe for the 3" unit should help too.

wow, thats pretty darn good.

i feel my numbers are weak, so ill include the details.....dyno test only went to 5k rpm, running butt rich at 10.2 AF ratio with 10* retard per pound of boost (way conservative). this was the dyno results i sent to the tuner to make the program.

380 rwhp, 392rwtq......so with less retard and a better AF ratio and 800 more RPM, im sure im putting out well over 400rwhp.

the reason im running so much retard is because of the horror stories of destroying pistons. the car is a blast to drive, so im runnin it till it blows, then ill rebuild it right.

P600b, stock cam, ported heads and LTs, I made 435 RWHP/440TQ at 6 lbs
of boost. We'll see where I'm at with the D1SC in a few months.

Dayam, I never heard of 10 deg retard/# boost before. That isn't what you meant to say, is it?

Re: How much HP are you making with your supercharger?

im sorry. i had the dial on the crane ignition set @ 10*. which i think takes it up to 10deg. not per pound of boost. my bad.

im trying to find out exactly how it works (how much per pound it pulls) but i cant find the crane manual anywhere.

What is considered safe boost on an untouched motor running the stock compression? 6 lbs?

Damn, you guy's are making some good numbers with a P600B, relatively stock motors, and low boost. I have a 12lb P600B I've been trying to sell, but I may use it now that I've read this.
