How much boost do you go up from 6# with a power pipe/solid intake tube???
Hey Marc, thanks for that pn on the K&N. I looked at Brent's and your website, the difference being I'm running the twin intercooler setup, not a custom front mount. This will give me less room to work with, but I should be able to engineer something. The hard part is having it all solid pipe, that is a very tight radius coming out of the blower, it will be lots of cut and weld bends to make it happen. Possibly going down to 3 1/2" pipe will make it easier and should support the flow needed to the blower intake.

Nothing like some homeade engineering to suit your needs

With the twins you'll definatly have to snake it around but what the hell, might as well give it a try.
The K&N that I'm using is 4" opening by 12 total length. K&N does make a 9" with a 3½ opening, I think the part # is RE-0810 but you should check if you want a 3½ opening.
Good luck.
Marc
