How to measure blower pulley?

Ok, just wanted to verify that my pulleys are the size I believe them to be. When measuring, do you measure from the top of the ribs or the outside diameter of the pulley?

Re: How to measure blower pulley?

Take a piece of string and wrap it around the pulley. Make sure the string is btw the ribs. That distance should give you the circumference of a circle. From that you can calculate the diameter.

I used a caliper before, but could not get it in between the ribs.
