wilwood discs for front

tubular a-arms
wolfe sway bar
QA1 12 way for back
new springs for back

Hope to get this thing into the low 9 range this season.
Only low 9's with an 88mm turbo? There are plenty of Stage II V6 Buick TRs in the 8's with a single 3-bolt 88mm turbo and you have two more cylinders and a lot more cubes so I think 8's shouldn't be a problem or if the traction isn't there (60' times aren't up to par) you should at least see the MPH (well over 150mph in the 1/4) with about 20-30lbs of boost!!! BTW, how much does your car weigh??

Wink

Roughly 3300 pounds.

I HOPE it gets 8's but Im not going to get my hopes up yet. LOL

I plan on running 20+ psi on this thing so I know it will go.

Hey I have one run on it so far and its 10.95 @ 126 with 5 psi of boost and a shoddy 1.67 60'.

Sounds good Guido! At 3300lbs and with the boost turned up in the 20+ range you should definitely be hauling the mail and if you can get a 1.3 60' those 8's should be on the board
FWIW, I was at the local track down here (Moroso) and saw a 3200-3000lb '68 Camaro with a single turbo (PT-88) low buck fuel injected SBC (355ci 4-bolt main block, Brodix track 1 heads, custom headers, Accufab 90mm TB, FAST/Felpro sytem, 2-speed PG, etc.) run 5.91 @124mph in the 1/8th with only 20lbs of boost and he will be looking for the 8's next time out with around 30lbs of boost

Here is his website.... http://www.chiseledperformance.net

Yeah when I spoke with them at the track they were very cool!
They told me about the trouble they were having finding the right converter for the combo (think they said they have used like 4 or 5 different converters).... The motor setup is pretty low buck, but very nice with his custom headers (which I thought looked great) and that car from what they told me has the potential to 60' very well cause with a BBC and N20 it was getting 1.28 60's off the trans-brake!!! I love hearing that car at the line spooling and last time out with him leaving off the foot brake he spanked a pretty nasty N20 small block Stang

Once my stuff comes in from Precision Turbo next week, I should be in the clear. Of course, I have to get it tuned first.

I would've been done by now if I hadn't been dicked around on cylinder head work. :\

I'm waiting on my ProTurbo kit to arrive. Should be here middle of next week or so. Then I will have to finish routing the fuel lines and installing the FAST. Then its time to crank and dyno....we'll see

coated headers, supercharger and another $1000.00 dollars of misc parts going on the IROC this weekend. It won't be that fast maybe mid 11.5 or so. It will hold it own agains 75% of the cars out there.
Bruce at Aggressive is a good guy. Bruce put my motor together when I was in the hospital so I could make the last track event a couple of years ago. Tell him Chris said hi and that I am still alive. I will have to go by there next week and show him the new setup.

Including the car, I'm pretty close to 30K. It's a tad faster than a showroom LS1 too.
