I finished building my alky injection kit and I am happy with the results so far. I used a 100 psi pump and a McMaster misting nozzle. I used and NOS solenoid and a check valve for flow control. I bought an adjustable pressure switched to fire the pump, and I wired it all through a relay to control switching. Now that I have the bugs and revisions done, it works great.

 

What do you use to activate the system? Boost? RPM? Throttle position?

 

Sounds like it is activated by boost. At what PSI does it turn on?

 

I have an adjustable pressure switch. I have it set to 4 psi right now.
