Guys with vortechs... Question please....

You guys have any problems with the intake flex hose rubbing on the rubber boot for the steering rack? Mine rubs and i'm sure eventually, something has to rub through. Not much room under there, but if you do, any ideas to get some clearence or prevent ware? Thanks.

Replace the flex hose with a solid pipe and put a dent in it to clear.

Re: Guys with vortechs... Question please....

Anybody know where I can go to get a solid pipe made up or anybody here make them up for that application? I would guess it would be the same for all the camaros with the vortech set up? I would much rather go that route but never knew where to get one. Or, does any manufacturer out there currently make a solid pipe design for that? Thanks for the help.

Yup, I'm running a Brad Brand tube...but you might try a local exhaust shop, many of them have great fabricators that could knock something like this out easily.
