Gt-40 Turbo Question????

Gt-40 Turbo Question????
How can a GT-40 turbo support (supposedly) 700hp when it only moves about 58#'s of air. Is that flywheel hp or what????

Its flywheel and just multiply 10.86Xlbs/min to get HP.

With a V8 the pressure ratio is not high enough to bring the turbo up to efficient level. It will end up causing more of a backpressure problem then anything else.
