232/240 0.50 .595/.608 lift 115 lobe. I'm currently running the hotcam with my STS set-up. I wanted something that works a little better but still have that lopey idle I was wondering if this cam would work good or if it was too aggressive.

I think that cam would be fine, and probably make a little more power tahn te 224 cam you listed previously. Cam choice appears to be less relevant with a turbo, but is very important with S/C, N/A and nitrous.
