Arnie, (my little yankee), it was never my intention to prove anything to you. My intention was simply to say that 1074 FelPro gaskets would be fine in his application.

In my application, I switched to cometic head gaskets and arp head studs because I didn't want to mess with it anymore.

I never "popped" a 1074, and the heads always sealed back up.. I just got sick of cleaning coolant out of the engine bay after a pass, the new head studs (and possibly gaskets) solved my problem. And here's my obligatory
