gains?

gains?
What would the prospective gains be from an 8lb procharger on a stock 96 LT1 m6 with OBD1 conversion and borlas exhaust? everything else is stock(except suspension)
I am thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 400-430 rwhp? would this estimate be inaccurate? i am trying to figure out how fast my bro is gonna be with his 8lb procharger as compared to my LE3 setup. both are on stock shortblocks.
ME: LE3 H/C, built 4L60E, 3.42 rear, cai, exhaust, intake, TB
HIM: 8lb PC, m6, 3.42 rear, exhaust.
Any ideas?
Will he beat me or will i beat him?

Re: gains?
You guys will be about the same as far as HP. But I think he will have more trouble trying to make the supercharged car hook up because he will make his power down lower in the rpm range. If he has to come off the gas to control wheelspin you've got him.
If your willing to spin the H&C car to 6800 I think you'll win.

Re: gains?
Look at my sig. That is what I got with the motor pretty much stock with about 90,000+ miles on it. I never got it dynoed again after I put on the headers/ cat-back, and rebuilt the motor. I would honestly say rwhp will most be in the 360-380 range. Get it properly tuned, put some headers on it and it then might be over 400, but stock with the SC-360-380, Good Luck
