I have a 355 home ported heads.224 / 236 cam 9 to 1 comp. D1 ati twin hi flow coolers.15# boost.100 shot of no2.I am going to buy 72# or 83# injecters. Is single in line walbaro pump with stock lines going to work.
Not if you plan on making any real power. A D-1 with a bottle should easily make 700rwhp, beyond what a single Aeromotive A1000 pump will support. I think you are going to be in Weldon 2035 territory with atleast -8 feed and -6 return lines.

I went with a Racetronics dual in-tank pump. I have an almost identical set up although I have a 383 and no nitrous
I have a HOT cam 355 home ported heads ATI D1sc 12lb and i am about to put a 75HP wet shot of nitrous on it.The 42LB injectors seem to be working fine so far they are at 78% DS. The stock fuel pump with the ATI inline on the other hand is running out of steem at WOT. I was told by a reliable sorce that if i changed my intank pump to a 340 I will be good to go. 467 HP 435TQ before nitrous so far

I would recommend doing a twin intank pump setup. It will supply all the fuel you need through the stock lines. Have you dynoed your car without nitrous?? In order to run the 72 lbers or 83 lbers you are going to either need an Acceleronics impedance convertor or any aftermarket computer.
If you are going to run properly sized injectors so that you can avoid using a FMU then a single HP or dual HP in-tank system would be a good idea.
Keep in mind that ATI's in-line pump is a T-Rex by Airtex. Its flow rating is apx. 200L/Hr. The Walbro GSL392 is a high-pressure 255L/Hr pump which is physically smaller and quieter.
The ATI in-line system comes with a generic non-weatherproof semi-finished wiring harness.
Racetronix sells the Walbro GSL392 fuel pump along with various PnP weatherproof application-specific wiring harnesses for the same or less money.

I think for what you are wanting to do 15# and 100 shot I would not run a boosta pump. I would rather go overkill on my fuel system rather than hoping that I can get by cheap. Have you thought about possibly running your fuel system for your motor/blower on the stock setup and the nitrous using a secondary fuel system possibly with a small tank in the front and put some good fuel in it? For the power that you are going to get close to I would take a look at more than stock lines, but again I go overkill on fuel cause a fuel system is cheaper than a motor.

I am upping the ante this year and am going to a bigger fuel system, but I am not convinced that the current system wouldn't have supported a bit more. A key thing with a big fuel system on an LT1 is incorporating some method for varying pump output to demand. If the car is used on the street, you don't want a huge amount of fuel flowing through the system when you are just driving around. It heats up the fuel and may overwhelm the stock regulator. This years setup will use two external pumps, the first pump will use a variable voltage controller similar to the BaP and the second will be boost activated. I am going to feed both rails separately but stcik with stock rails. It may be overkill, but it also support the next step, whatever that may be as it should be good for ~1500hp and the new setup will be in the 1,000hp range.
You could certainly use a similar system to mine with 70-80lb injectors, as your combo seems very similar to my setup. Good luck.
ps: I have also heard good things about Racetronix and strongly considered their dual in-tank system. I think it would have worked fine but wanted an external system for ease of service, etc.
