Fuel system
Fuel system
I currently installed a Walbro 340 intank and removed the stock pump along with the ATI's inline. I need to know if the 340 alone will provide enough fuel along ATI's FMU for my application? See below.
put the inline back on its just extra insurance man!!! If you have a afpr you can always tune your fuel system that way!! With power adder cars I would always rather have too much gas as not enough. Goo luck man
Usually these intake pumps are more geared towards flow and not PSI where as the inlines are geared towards PSI.
We tried using a FMU and a 255 intake pump and it wouldn't build over something like 65psi. Adding a T-Rex (which orginally came in the kit) got it up about 15psi.
As far as using a 7730 (speed density) do a search for speed density and see what i've said about it in the past.
YOu have a good option of switching to a 7749
