Remove the FMU or leave it?

I'm swapping in some 42 lb/hr injectors and a tuned PCM. I'm pretty sure I should take the FMU out, correct? Just thought I would doubel check here. I don't think it's that hard.

At what boost level does a fourth gen MAF get maxed out, thereby causing a lean condition? Just curious. My third gen with it's 255 g/s maximum airflow, makes it a virtually useless system with boost. I understand the fourth gen MAF's register around 512 g/s???

My 10# Vortech setup maxs the MAF out at about 4,500 rpm on the dyno in 4th gear (M6). The car switches to speed density mode. My car dips "rich" right at the transistion from MAF to speed density.
