FI & no air cooling

Just would like some info on this...what kinda boost could you run on pump gas, what do you think total timing could be and where would you put the AFR..

Who has made the most rwhp with out some sort of air cooling...

well i dont have an intercooler on right now but running 12 #s of boost, but on race gas. not getting any valve ping, (I had on 93) but it is not a daily driver or anything. no dyno numbers yet.

That depends alot on the motor. compression, fuel system etc.. I have a 383 with 8.5:1 compression and no intercooler on a vortech T trim making 11psi.. I have a 6.66 crank pulley and a 2.75 blower pulley. Also with a blower cam and the heads flowing fairly well I dont see as much boost as I should.. it should be about 14psi but owell.. a new 2.65 blower pulley is going on tomorrow.. that should net me 13 or 14 psi. on pump gas. It also depends on the blower.. some blowers run hotter then others. I have a 7" crank pulley that im going to be running on an alcohol injection kit on pump gas..

AFR on my car is about 11.5 Id rather be rich then lean

I ran 17psi from the T-Trim on 94 octane for ~2 years, data logs never showed any knock. Don't know total timing, but it was lower plus the aid of a BTM. Didn't make **** for power, but that wasn't because of the timing/tuning. All in all, the detonation was controllable at 17psi.
