Fastbird93's Single Turbo Build Thread

This has been a long time coming. Figure it's time to start putting a build thread together though it's going it's still going to be a while to completion. I haven't been around here in a while but this site has been instrumental to me as an f-body enthusiast for a very long time. Anyway, it's all going into this:

First up, the motor:

4.030 bore 93 LT1 Block
Lunati Sledgehammer 3.75" Stroke Crankshaft
Lunati Pro-Billet 5.7" Rods
Diamond Custom Dished Pistons
Diamond Pro-Select rings
Trick Flow 195CC LT4 Heads and LT4 Intake Manifold ported by Lloyd Elliott
BRE Custom Camshaft
Comp 1.6 ratio 7/16" stud Pro Magnum Rockers
Manley 7.215" one piece pushrods
GMPP Guide Plates
Meziere Electric Water Pump
Hypertech 160* T-Stat
BBK 58mm TB
Fast XFI........I think that's about the jist of the main stuff.

Drivetrain:
McLeod Street Twin Clutch
Modded Factory Master Cylinder to be adjustable
Factory Hurst shifter w/UMI Short Stick
Driveshaft TBD still......
Strange 12 bolt, loaded up.

Turbo Kit -- LT1 Boost Hot Part Kit, in progress, Jon, post up the pics please
PT76GTS Turbo
JGS 50mm Waste Gate
JGS 56mm BOV
Ebay CXRacing 4" core FMIC -- will be a horizontal mount under the nose

Fuel System

Home Built double pumper
-8 in and -6 out rails modded by me, powdercoated black
Will be building this in the coming couple of months.

I'll keep this thread updated with pics as I find time to do the work. Currently the car has the motor/trans out, and has been on the same jackstands since August of 2007 now waiting on turbo parts due to one reason or another. Really the only things I need other than the hot parts at this point are fuel injectors, methanol kit, make my cold side piping, to build my fuel system, reseal the rear axle, get a driveshaft, and get everything installed.

More to come. Tonight I'll try to get pics up of all the parts I have sitting around. About $6K+ scattered throughout the house (pantry, dining room, living room, kitchen, garage..... I love my wife).........

Awesome! I am getting ready to start putting mine together in about 3 weeks. My motor is almost identical to yours so it will be neat to see how similar the numbers will be. I have the header kit from Realquick also with a TC76. Goodluck on yours!
