Evacuation Hooked up Wrong?
Evacuation Hooked up Wrong?
Hello, i just got off the phone with procharger asking a question about evacuating the crankcase. I have the manuel and i have the pcv hose off the drivers side intake hooked up to the tube after the maf sensor and before the tb, and the hose coming out of the passenger side valvecover is basically hooked up the same way. That is the way the manuel says, but the guy from procharger told me those two need to be t'd and routed to the plastic inlet tube on the back of the blower. Does this sound right to anybody
like this...
Air Filter--Maf---crankcase vent -----blower-----IC-----TB
most of us move the MAF to the pressure side
air Filter-----crankcase vent ---blower---ic---MAF--TB
I think what Fire67 was saying is if you have the maf behind the filter like the stock ATI setup then dont put the hose infront of the MAf..
i think i should be good then, I have mine
air filter --- Crankcase vent --- blower --- IC --- MAF--- TB. I also put a Air / oil seperator inline with my crankcase vent lines. I think i have it now, If something doesnt look right with the way i have it now please let me know.
