Electric Supercharger for LT1's ?????
One of the V6er's has one of the eram things, and feels a little gain from it.
The ducted fan engines for the R/C planes suck on the planes. Back when my old man had an electric plane he could barley get it off the ground. I dont know how much power that makes, but by .46 ci OS engine is making about 1.5hp with the tuned pipe. So that electric thing makes about .5hp. Ghey.

The belge pumps are not design to turn at a very hi RPM. Your car will pull more air over the fan blades than the fan can put out and this will cause the fan to spin faster than it is design to spin. This can make the plastic fan blades fall apart and get sucked into the engine.
I would not advise doing this, but if I did I would put some sorta screen into the intake to catch the broken fan just in case. If not it could cost more than 50 bucks, because foreign objects in the induction system can destory a valuble LT1 or LS1 engine.

How about this...
Put your little fan next to your exhaust pipe, then throttle your engine up to about 5,000 RPM and see how much exhaust comes out, because you will need to be able to push that much air and more to generate any positive pressure. Other than the heat toasting your little blades, the exhaust pressure coming out of the exhaust will be a whole lot greater than a ducted fan will generate. Remember, that SC's keep the pressure moving forward. As pressure increases, the blades are immovable, constantly fighting pressure buildup. In a ducted fan construct, there is never any engineered back pressure, all is forward pressure.
There is just too much open space in a ducted fan to push pressure backwards, and you will, at best, get a zero pressure environment. I would think some vacuum would be better.
