I have to replace the header gasket, it blew out on the way back from the Dyno run, Ill get it fixed and then hook up the Boost Gauge to see what its making as far as boost goes.

I agree with what has been said here... it sounds like you are making 0 psi looking at your power #'s. Definitely get a boost gauge hooked up.

Either that or he's on a badly calibrated dyno... let's not leave that option out...

Okay so its been 2 months, i finally got a chance to work on my car again. I fixed all of the things that broke while on the dyno, and installed a boost gauge, and as everyone expected "0" boost!!! Guess i have to take it all apart again. Thanks to everyone that offered there advice.

When you did the SC install, did you disconnect and cap off the vacuum line going from the throttle body to the passenger side valve cover?

i would guesstimate about 440 rwhp, if you can actually manage to get 9psi out of it. Your belt has to be tight, and running 9psi on a stock bearing powerdyne is going to give you a shortened life. Upgrade the bearings while its apart and you can get 10 psi or better, pending cam choice.

Okay, I FINALLY got time to work on my car this past weekend, Its not making any boost, I have a 9lbs pulley on it and getting ZERO boost. I took the SC off and took it apart expecting to find a broken belt or some other internal damage, but to my surprise everything is PERFECT. It looks like it was reciently rebuilt hardly any wear on the belt. So now Im stumped, STILL NO BOOST and SC is fine... I did notice that the blow off valve was a little loose but surely it wouldnt loose all of the boost??? HELP!!!!
