Question Does this sound right

I have a 95 TA with a Vortech s trim supercharger, with 6 lbs of boost. I also have exhaust, and 42 lb injectors. I ran a 13.11 at 107.75 on bfg drag radials with a 2.02 60 ft. I know the 60 ft could be alot better but I am afraid to mess up my rear end. I also have 410 gears. I know I can break in the 12's but just wondering if this sounds about right?

Sounds a little slow to me, improve the 60ft and you'd be in the 12's. May have some timing retard issues. Did you log anything, or are you bolting on parts and hoping for results?

What kind of tranny do you have and what rpm did you shift at. The speed that you ran would be well in the 12's. But if you are shifting at lower rpm and running her out on the big end then it is perfect.

I was able to run 12.7 on that combo at a sh*tty prepped track(also cutting 2.0 60' times). Have you had the AFR checked on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor?

I have a 6 speed and shifting at 6 grand. I have a tuned computer from pcmforless but have not had a chance to bring it to the dyno yet.

Re: Does this sound right

Trap speed seems slow for the power you should be making...

Re: Does this sound right

This is just a rough guess considering that we haven't seen your pass in person or on video. You said that you don't want to break your rearend. So I would guess that you leave under 2000rpm. With a 4.10 gear it pulls hard up to 6000rpm, you do not speed shift, so you lose a great deal of E.T. between gear changes. You probably go through the lights in 4th gear and the car pulls very strong. Tell me if any of this is close to correct.

Re: Does this sound right

I kind of thought so. If and when you decide to change rearends to a 12bolt or a 9inch and run a good set of slicks you will probably run very low 12's and depending on conditions and how well you drive you may run an 11.9x or so. A friend of mine had a formula that ran 11.9x's when he ran slicks and launched fairly decent. He had an s-trim and some mild ported heads. Good luck on whatever you decide to do.
