Do I need a fuel cell?
Do I need a fuel cell?
I have a 383 stroker fully built with a vortec T trim bossting 10 PSI. I plan on removing the FMU and getting a 100 shot(maybe 150
) of n20. Just wondering if I need to run a fuel cell for the N20 or will I be fine with my setup? The motor is 8:1 compression with 50LB injectors, and a 255 LPH Walbro FP. I am thinking of getting 2 intank pumps or a boost a pump. which is better and do I need a fuel cell in your opinoin? I am also running a SMC Alky injection system
Thanks
Matt

Re: Do I need a fuel cell?
If it were me...?
I would run a seperate fuel cell with a Mallory fuel pump, seperate FPR and a return line; and fill it with race gas.
(Actually, I would fill it with a 50/50 mix of Sunoco 94 and Toluene, but that's just me. Now that I think about it, I wonder if the guys at Sherwin-Williams think I'm running a meth lab...)
