Can they be used together? I know the 6 has single stage nitrous retard via a wire that will retard timing the amount you dial in when energized, but can that feature be used with superchargers or do I have to get a MSD6BTM (igniton box designed for turbo and/or SC)?

The MSD BTM is what your thinking about. The digital 6 is a good ignition box but will not retard timing per pound pf boost. It does have a 2 step on it and will cut spark instead of fuel if you hit the rev limiter(very important).
