difference with these to y pipes (mufflex and ls1 speed)

difference with these to y pipes (mufflex and ls1 speed)
as the subject says i cant figure out why one is 169 and the other is 250. why would the mufflex be so much more. is it cause of the 4'' outlet, both are 3'' mandrel bent? please help. this will be fitted to hooker lts on a 95 lt1.
