I have a 383 in a 94 ta and my p1sc blew up. I was thinking of upgrading to a d1 but procharger wont give me any help on pulley sizes without me bolting everything back in and telling them the boost I get. I wanted to be in the 12-15 psi range. Any pulley sizing info would be a help. Thanks.

 

So nobody here has a d1 supercharger on a 383. Wow....who wooda thought!

 

Call ATI, tell them what you have done to your motor and ask them. They need head flow rates, cam sizes, exhaust type, etc..

On my 355, I have a 7.6 crank pulley and a 3.4 blower pulley and see 15#'s ..

 

How many ribs u running?

 

12 ribs and an SD Concepts Tensioner.

 

I have all sizes of prochargers 12 rib pully's for D1sc.
I am leaving for spring break - gone next week, but when I get back maybe we can work something out.
