D1SC and ATI Harm. Balancer

Looks like I need to machine the spacer down a bit to get the crank pulley to align with the s/c pulley? Also, the factory bolts are metric but the ATI balancer takes SAE thread. Anyone else run into this problem? Where'd you get bolts, just hardware store?

Thanks.

Re: D1SC and ATI Harm. Balancer

I had to machine down the spacer that came with my D1SC also. As far as bolts I bought grade 8 bolts for my balancer. Good luck Lee

Looks like about 0.25"? Also, any other pitfalls to look for?
Thanks.

I also did machine some material off the hub of the spacer so it would go in to my balancer easier. I have an ATI balancer and it was a very tight fit, Lee

Re: D1SC and ATI Harm. Balancer

My motor shop had to machine me a spacer out of a metal block to make the ATI balancer work with my D1SC setup.
