After 3 years with the D1 they STILL send a 41 inch belt after being told REPEATEDLY that it needs a 42 inch. I also went through 2 belts because they sent me a 10 rib tensioner pulley. (I didn't know it was wrong) and they would not refund the cost of the two belts that got shredded.
