custom intercooler w/P.D.?

Anyone running an intercooler setup on a powerdyne on a LT1? If so could ya give me some pointers or even some pics and suggestions on what size, where to mount, how to go about making the tubing and such? Thanks

Since there's pressure loss with intercooling and powerdyne is a smallish blower, I'd suggest water/methanol injection.
It will accomplish the same thing without the up to 2# pressure loss.
You'll only get 7# as it is with the 9# pulley and you'll blow the internal belt if you over rev the S/C.

Try
http://www.kennedysdynotune.com/
also www.alkycontrol.com
There's other suppliers.
For a full kit it's about 450.00
