Yeah, a guy at the shop I work at made it... it's a 3.5" dia. 90* tube, and a 3.5" 45* tube butt-welded together, then powdercoated black. The only way that it works is because I don't have ABS anymore. The elbow is a TFS.

Fingers crossed. I am hoping I can get by with a 15 inch Spal pusher mounted on the front driver's side and a 14 inch puller on the pass side using a powerdyne? CFM flow should be over 4000 if you can believe their numbers.

Re: Cooling setup for blower applications.

I'm seeing way higher temps since my s/c install. I'm running a EWP, 160* stat, fans are programmed for 165*, no a/c, and water wetter. It's been 100-110* here this last week, and during the day short jonts 'round town I'll see as high as 215-220's in traffic at the water pump according to my scanmaster. If i get on the throttle even on the freeway they'll creep up to the 230's. Before the S/C and w/ac i could almost never get above 180's 190's. Even tonight in the cooler air (60's) it never got below 195, and I saw as high as 215. I really don't want to blow money on a new Radiator right now, so I'm thinking 'bout trying upgrading the fan setup...always usefull down the road...

I blame my underhood temps...it's an inferno in there...I mainly blame this on my Hooker Super Comp Headers that are NOT ceramic coated, only painted. They seem to pump out heat like crazy...anyone else have this problem?

Maybe you could get a cowl hood and get that heat out of there. Or run mostly water & water wetter & less antifreeze. Coated headers are one of the best things ever invented IMHO.

Talking Re: Cooling setup for blower applications.

My car runs pretty cool. 180-185 on the highway. 220 in stop and go. But I certainly don't like to drive it when it's 95 degrees with the A/C on in stop and go traffic. If it's that hot, I'm on Lake Michigan jet skiing. Evans Cooling is suppossed to be the cat's meow. I'd love to try it to lower the temps a little bit, but it's around $30 a gallon.
