Bypass valve question

I just installed a D1SC and twins with a new proflow bypass valve on my 383 lt1. I have the new tubing set up so the maf is near the tbody. The new kit uses a bypass valve that vents to atmosphere. I dont really like the constant hiss till it gets to boost. Can I install a hose to port the blow off air back into the intake side of the sc? I know this will quiet things down but what does it do for the running side? Any draw backs?

Re: Bypass valve question

Shouldn't be a problem for air metering as long as the bypass is before the MAF.
