bypass valve install?

I alrighty have T-trim and inter-cooler(atleast on order) and bought both of Vortech's Mondo bypass valve and their Race bypass valve should I use both? One before the I/C and one after it? And if so which one where? I plan on going with a bigger head unit this winter.
