Boost Gauge Line

I am putting a boost gauge in my uncles motorhome (6.5 turbodiesel)
and we have to run the line from the rear up to the dash

I dont really want to run 27 feet of plastic tubing underneath
the motorhome. I was wondering if we could use the copper line
they use on oil pressure gauges . I dont see why it woudnt work
but then again i have never installed a boost gauge either
Thanks, Tom

Re: Boost Gauge Line

it will be fine.

just remember, the smaller ID of the tube, the more responsive the gauge will be.
