Here's a quick comparison... Take a hairdryer, turn it on. Stick your hand over the out-side and block the air from getting through. Is there any pressure built up forcing your hand off the end? No.
The same scenario is true for your car. There won't be any pressure built-up from a similar 12 volt electric fan.
