to answer you question..we have a set of AFR 195cc heads that were CNC ported that we upgraded from hand ported LT4 heads.. we also updated to a solid roller camshaft..going from a GTP6 cam to a comp 242/248 solid roller.. the new combo dropped 4 miles and hour in the quarter and almost a full 4 tenths with nothing else changed beside the tune for the new cam... as of this week I pulled the AFR's and disassembled them and have just finished porting them..took them out to 210cc. on the way for a surface job and to have the valve job done.. so yes there is plenty of room to grow..at least with the 195cc head! the CNC porting is sub par in my opinion..I found several places that could have been better machined and where the tool path was changed from one side of the port to the other, the zeroing was not very close at all.. large differences here cause serious raises in the port very close to the bowl which will kill flow! these will be machined and installed this weekend and off to the dyno for wide band tuning! will post results! ps this is a N/A 350! but the answer is the same!

Right out of the box my afr 220's flowed right about 300cfm on the intake, 240ish on the exhaust. I think with a little more work I could maybe get them up to 330.
