ATI Twin Intercooler set up f/s.....
ATI Twin Intercooler set up f/s.....
Selling my LS1 ATI twin IC set up. This includes all hard pipes, couplers, clamps, custom airbrushed plenum, and HKS SSQV billet aluminum BOV adapter.
I bought this kit new from superchargers online for 1400, will sell all for $800 bucks. So those that want to buy a D1-SC headunit seperate(like I did) save yourself some cash and get this kit. Or those that have non intercooled set ups, this set up can easily be adapted to a PD(what I had previously and had this ic kit on), ATI LT1, STS turbo kit all it takes is a little thinking.

Thanks,

Hi I am selling the ATI twin intercoolers and all plumbing that normally gets packaged with the LS1 F-body kit. This can easily be adapted to many FI kits out there.
Here is a list of what is being sold.
2 ATI Twin Intercoolers
ypipe that goes to the intercoolers
2 J pipes (pass, driver side)
2 metal 45degs bends, and 2 straight metal connectors
1 Airbrushed Plenum(see pic)
All Rubber couplers, long rubber piping, including discharge from s/c to ypipe
All clamps
HKS Custom made Billet SSQV BOV Adapter(you will have to buy your own HKS BOV or get the ATI one)
2 metal mud/water dust covers that mount just behind the i.c's
Things not included, cruise control relocation bracket....ATI never sent me one, I had to make mine out of sheet metal and some ingenuity
Horn bracket, see above....just pushed mine upwards towards the headlights, the stock horn bracket bends easily
Radiator cover see above again, damn ATI
bought the BMR SS piece you see in the pic, I am keeping that.
Thanks,
Jeremy
PS, go here to see a few pics of it on

this was long ago when I had it mounted up with my Powerdyne S/C'er I now have the full ATI kit. I also have an extra ATI blower bracket that I will throw in if you want or need it.

For an LS1 F-body, Just the headunit and the bracket assembly, belt, crank pulley, s/c pulley, inlet hat and filter and a HKS SSQV BOV because I am still using mine
Any sponsor can get this for you, I bought these pieces as a whole kit for 2500 and change from GWP back in the day including the D1-SC. I will throw in my old blower bracket if you want it. If you talk to a sponsor or ATI directly tell them you need a D1-SC or P1-SC and bracket with all hardware to attach it to the engine including the inlet hat/filter assembly with the correct length belt depending on boost level/pulley choice. My old bracket has seen been modified a little in the tensioner area when I use to run a cog set up, but that doesn't affect anything.
You will also need injectors, I rec' 42.5 SVO's and some custom tuning from a reputable place if you don't have LS1edit.
Feel free to email me or PM me,

Thanks,
Jeremy

The STS guys can remove the intercoolers and put straight pipes in their place and just use all the additional piping for their intercooling effect
Sorry someone had to say it
Good luck selling it!

geez guess I was owned
Mainly putting this up for guys who want to build an ATI LS1 kit for cheap. I just want to let other owners of different brands of FI know that they can easily adapt to this intercooler set up if they wanted to.
