ATI install and pulley questions
I bought this kit used, it is suppose to be a 12lb set-up, and I was going to buy pullies to run less boost. But now I'm not sure what boost this set-up actually is?
1st, I have my SC (P600B) installed, but I cannot get the belt on! The tensioner is all the way up against the sensor in the water pump, and the belt seems to be about 1/4" - 1/2" to short?
2nd, My combination is a 12 rib set-up, the pulley on the SC is 3+1/4 " across, about the same size as the casting of the blower itself. The crank pulley is 7+7/8" across, the belt is a Gates K120400. These sizes don't seem to match what ATI has listed for any of their various boost combinations. Anyone have any idea what boost level this should produce.

You can get a K120410 which is 41 3/4" length from a local auto parts store but you can probably make the one you got work.
Take the crank pulley off and put the belt around it and then put the three bolts back in and attach the crank pulley to the damper. If you're that close this will probably get you buy.
Not sure about the boost level.
