Question Approximate HP numbers w/ ATI D1SC setup up

I am about a day from getting this damn Procharger install finished. Was just trying to get some input on what kind of numbers I should be looking at for rwhp? I spent all of my money on the Procharger and nickle and dime stuff for the install and won't be able to afford dyno time in the near future. Anyway here are the specs: 383 LT4, AFR 195 LT4 heads, 1.6 rockers, CompCams custom grind (227/239 560/577 114 LSA), 9.1:1 cr, Holley 58mm throttle body, 50# delphi injectors, 340lph fuel pump, OBDI conversion w/ a mail order tune by Bryan. I am running an ATI D1-SC with twin high flow intercoolers and the 12# pulley. I will running the 12lbs of boost on the street w/94 octane fuel and 14lbs at the track with 110 octane. I won't be reinstalling the nitrous until next track season. Most of the specs are in my profile. Any input would be appreciated.

I have A similar setup, Except my motor is 10.1 to 1. My heads are LT4 w/205 intake and i have a CC305 cam. The boost is 8psi.
Speed INC. in Schaumburg IL. did the work and the tune. The power is Unbeleiveable at 549.8RHWP & 510.2RWTQ. I'm told by them that these are not typical #'s for the combo i have. And they gave no guarantee on what to expect. But we did speculate about 480ish RWHP. So in short I'm thinking 575 to 625.......

Can't wait to get it to the dyno. It looks like I am gonna have to swap my 4L65E with a 4L80E. I don't think the tranny is gonna hold up more money, more money.

How about the intake to the blower, is it a solid pipe?
You may not get 12 pounds on that motor with a 12 pound rated pulley. I see only around 10-11 pounds on mine, although it is a P600B blower.
If you make an actual 12 pounds of boost, I would expect that motor to make 550-600 rwhp and the same amount of torque. I almost made 500 ft-lbs of torque with my 355 on only 10 pounds, the 383 should make significantly more torque.
I also noticed you have correspondingly bigger heads and camshaft too.
Be patient, your motor should make a ton of power.

I'm going to guess 575 - 590 BUT I suspect that you MAY find the injectors are getting close to being maxed out and an upgraded fuel system will be needed. I have a similar combo to you and with a 15# pulley I ran out of fuel and was using 50# injectors. I went to dual pump system from Racetronix. (At the same time I went to 75# injectors and a FAST ECU)

Note: I have yet to have my set up dialed in - had to pull the motor again because the rings did not seat from the last rebuild- but I seriously expect 600 - 625 rwhp.

Good luck, this is my third year trying to get things set up right.

Right now I just pulled my 255lph pump (which was installed less then 100 miles ago) and put in a 340. Combination motorsports said I would be able to go to 14lbs but no higher with the 50# injectors, so by what your saying that sounds right. I am sure that I will want to go higher on the boost and will have to go with a FAST system and bigger injectors. I'll look forward to that down the road. How much is the FAST system and is there information on the internet about it? I think I did a search before and didn't see anything. Thanks for your input.

The FAST system will be about $1800-2k

LJ's impedance converter will be about $375 and you run your stock computer. http://www.acceleronics.com
