Never heard of it. Who makes it.....comp?. You can always put cam doctor on it and figure out the specs.

I am not running one in my blower car now, but I would certainly have confidence in one if it were the right grind. I have run several UD's in the past on NA motors and have always been pleased.

I have a catalog. Post the numbers ground on the nose of the cam, and I will look up the specs.

The cam is a hydralic roller with a 112 lobe displacement angle. There are (2) different 284 duration lobes, and (2) different 288 lobes in the catalog. It could be either of them.

Seat Dur Dur @ .050" Lobe Lift w/1.5 w/1.6 rockers

284 218 .3280 .492 .525
284 230 .3533 .530 .565
288 223 .3533 .530 .565
288 234 .3533 .530 .565

If it is really a blower cam, then it is probably the 218/234 combination as all other combinations don't have enough as much dual pattern as usual for a "blower" grind.

Since the 218 lobe has less lift than the others, you should be able to tell if it is "that" 284 lobe using a dial caliper and comparing it to the exhaust lobes.

Unfortunately, that is as close as I can get you from the catalog.

Call them Tuesday (Monday may be a holiday), and give them the serial #, and they can tell you exactly what it is.

I'm a bit new to this cam stuff... I'm not sure exactly what you wrote down means. Could you please clarify for a beginner real quick =) I know the basics (lsa, lift, duration) but which cam do you think would be the best for a blower? Whats the 218/234 aren't those two different cams? I know I probably sound stupid but could you please explain. Thanks.

I was referring to a 218 intake lobe coupled with a 234 exhaust lobe on the same cam.

There is no "best" blower cam. It depends on too many factors to cover here, but in most cases a blower cam has at least 10 degrees more exhaust duration than intake, and most blower cams are ground with wide lobe separation angles.

Call Ultradyne and get the exact specs of that cam. You can't decide anything until you know that.

I am going to be in San Fran on business this coming week. I would be happy to meet you somewhere and discuss it. EMail me if you want.
