Anybody have a demon and procharger or

is there a problem? Demon says, they do not recommend using procharger with demon carb. Any idea why?

"Steve

At this time we do not recommend the use of any of our products
with ATI Procharger systems.

Thank you

Tech @ Barry Grant, Inc."

take a look at this forum for some blowthru tech.

here is a forum post with someone that is running a centrifugal blower and a demon and made over 850RWHP. he used it with a vortech carb enclosure. that combination works. here is the link:

not sure about the procharger bonnet working with the demon, but i wouldn't see why not. actually, a better bonnet/hat like the CSU hat or Extreme Velocity can be used in place of the stock procharger blowthru hat and it will make a world of difference as well.

bottom line: yes, i believe you will be fine using a demon with the procharger set up. demon probably has not done formal testing and is hesitant on recommendation, but its been proven to work by others.

good luck.

What I find most strange is that Vortech tests with a Mighty Demon and Barry Grant says it doesn't recommend using ATI? Needless to say, I have a Mighty Demon 750.

whatever you do steve, dont use an ATI bonnet

Go over to the www.turbomustangs.com forum and look in the carburated tech section

They have a lot of blow-thru setups and know which ones work and why the cheaper ones cause issues
