so i finally got everything fabbed up on my z im running a t70 96ar single front mounted turbo i need some advice on the oil line it seems as tho the oil isnt returning back into the engine well and blows oil out the downpipe any advice this is my first turbo build

 

Use a big return line like at least 1/2" ID, plumb it so the line is as short and as vertical as possible, and don't ever let the crankcase become pressurized (easier said than done lol).

Post some pics of what you're working with and your current setup.

 

5/8" or -10 is the standard for oil drains. Make sure it has a nice sloping run from the turbo to the engine.

 

alright i finally got all my oil return issues dealt with now im dealing with the damn crankcae pressure problem which i figured i would have im only running 6lbs im sending the pcm off fri to get it tuned by pcmforless they did the last tune(great people btw) any suggestions on the crankcase issue? will post pics soon
