Re: 9.8 @ 149

You see.. now i am happy with your MPH!!!!! 143mph is a bit shy for a 850rwhp car...
I bet with better "track tuning" you will get past the 150-151 which is what your car SHOULD AND WILL!!!! trap.

Dude congrats

Thanks everyone, I appreciate it.

sleeperz28- The trans was done by G-force. It has their 1st-4th gearset, 4340 30 spline mainshaft, and triple cone conversion. So far it's been working great, clicks right into gear without lifting off the gas.

We are a dealer for G-force, so let me know if it is something you are interested in.

As far as timing, I am running 19 degrees at peak torque and 21 degrees at peak horsepower. It lost power with more timing on the dyno.

The Highlander- Thanks, and fwiw this run was made at 24lbs of boost which I would estimate to be around 930 rwhp. I may put some 27in tall tires on it and try to break 150 as I'm out of RPM with the 26's.

Re: 9.8 @ 149

How much boost did you see before????

i will be using 28x10.5 on back.. i expect around 9.8 BUT at 143mph or so... not that wicked MPH i could crank up the boost though... the ysi should support to almost 950rwhp.

intimd8... how much $ to beefen up that m6? i might need to do it...

Jim, how many street miles do you drive that thing? Still on the same old shortblock that supported the S-trim a while back?

Above is the link to all of his mods. I am following what he has done for my buildup. I am going to use the same pistons and the same rings. He is using the Speedpro Hellfire.
