Question 8 PSI supercharger on a stock 97z28

What pistons would you guys say I should get and other parts for my car so I can run the supercharger safer? I bought the car already with a 3.73 rear axle assembly, should I bother to upgrade to a 4.11 or wait a while?

id go with some ross or JE pistons, lower the compression to like 8.5-9.0 you should get a forged crank to, as for the rear if its still a 10 bolt 7.5 dont bother save your money for a 12 bolt when it blows.

You don't want 4.11's with a blower car. Way too much gear. 3.73's are perfect. Like lethalTA said, save for a 12 bolt. Some people get lucky and the rear end holds for a while. But once you make enough power you'll need a 12 bolt.

I would also agree lethalta that the JE pistons are top notch and 8.5-9.0 would be perfect on a blown car.
